49 Million Coop Sale!

Manhattan Sellers take heart! According to the New York Observer, a duplex penthouse at 1060 Park Avenue recently sold for around $48.9 million. The apartment was purchased for $46 million just this past January. Obviously, the sky is not falling in the Manhattan Real Estate market. Have a great Labor Day Weekend!
