One of Madonna's New York neighbors on Central Park West recently filed a lawsuit against the building's co-op board. The lawsuit alleges that Madonna is using her apartment as a rehearsal studio, forcing neighbors to endure "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls," for up to three hours each day.
The building's board says it has already threatened to evict Madonna. I am frankly amazed Madonna was able to pass the coop board to begin with. Did she offer board members free concert tickets? cash? Guy Ritchie's directorial services?
