With inventory levels over the past year reduced by 31.7%, the time to sell is now. The decline in inventory levels has resulted in less days on market and reduced negotiability. A buyer in this market does not have many options. Consequently, when buyers see the apartment they want they are willing to pay a premium price rather then wait another few months for a comparable property.
